Senior Mobile Publisher Manager
Smadex is a leading advertising technology company founded in Barcelona in 2010 and sold to American-based and stock-listed Entravision in 2018 (NYSE::EVC). We power campaigns for Apps, Games and Brands across Mobile and CTV using advanced machine learning and optimized creative strategies to deliver results. Smadex is one of the fastest growing DSPs globally and we are adding talent to fuel our ambitious plans.
We are seeking a highly motivated and well-connected Mobile Publisher Manager to spearhead the growth of our brand-new SDK. In this hybrid role ideally based in one of these cities (Barcelona, Austin, Berlin, Manila, Beijing, or Seoul), you will act as both a relentless business developer and a strategic account manager. You will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing top-tier mobile app publishers, while completely owning their end-to-end onboarding and long-term success.
The ideal candidate is an ad-tech veteran currently working at a Supply-Side Platform (SSP) or an SDK-based Ad Network, who brings a robust, active black book of direct mobile publisher relationships. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to drive SDK adoption from the first pitch to technical integration and scaling, we want you on our team.

- Pipeline Generation: Identify, prospect, and aggressively pursue high-value mobile app publishers across various verticals (Gaming, Utility, Lifestyle, etc.) to integrate our new SDK.
- Pitch & Close: Conduct high-level negotiations, pitch the unique value proposition of our SDK, and close direct supply partnerships.
- Network Leverage: Utilize your existing network of mobile app developers and publishers to accelerate our go-to-market strategy and secure early adopters.
Onboarding & Account Management (Farmer)
- Integration Ownership: Own the end-to-end onboarding process. Act as the bridge between the publisher and our internal tech/product teams to ensure a seamless SDK integration.
- Account Optimization: Monitor daily publisher performance, fill rates, and yield. Provide proactive recommendations to publishers to maximize their monetization while scaling our network's supply.
- Relationship Building: Serve as the dedicated day-to-day contact for your book of business, conducting regular QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and maintaining strong, long-lasting partnerships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Gather direct feedback from publishers regarding SDK features, bugs, and market needs, sharing this intelligence with our Product and Engineering teams to continuously improve the SDK.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in Publisher Sales, Supply Partnerships, or Yield Management specifically within the mobile ad-tech ecosystem.
- Industry Background: Must have direct experience working at a mobile Supply-Side Platform (SSP), Ad Exchange, or an SDK-based Ad Network.
- Existing Network: A proven, active rolodex of direct relationships with mobile app developers and publishers (C-level, Monetization Managers, Ad Ops).
- Dual Skillset: Demonstrated success in both closing net-new business (Sales) and growing existing accounts (Account Management).
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of mobile monetization mechanics, programmatic advertising (in-app bidding, waterfalls), and the technical nuances of SDK integrations.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
