As a Senior Data Scientist, you won’t just analyze data, you will actively shape the future of our mobile advertising platform. You will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and business, transforming raw behavioral data from millions of global users into scalable strategies. We are looking for a high-caliber professional who thrives in ambiguity, sets high analytical standards, and translates complex insights into product decisions.

Candidates based in Barcelona, or willing to relocate, will be highly preferred.

Product & ML Strategy Influence

  • Own the analytical loop that influences our Product and Machine Learning strategies. Use data to identify untapped opportunities and define what we build next.
  • Design, execute, and evaluate sophisticated experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, multivariate testing) to measure the impact of new product features and ML algorithms.
  • Establish and govern key performance frameworks to align cross-functional teams on what success looks like.

Scalable Analytics & Frameworks

  • Build reproducible data models, frameworks, and processes that allow the company to scale decision-making without reinventing the wheel.
  • Design high-impact data visualization assets that democratize data access and enable self-service insights for both technical and commercial stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as the strategic data partner for engineering, product, and business teams, translating deep technical findings into actionable, high-level business recommendations.
  • Raise the bar for analytical rigor across the organization, mentoring junior team members and establishing best practices.

Skills and requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst / Data Scientist within the programmatic sector (SSP, DSP, MMP)
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a Quantitative Field (Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to formulate questions, run analysis to articulate a recommendation.
  • Proven working knowledge of Python, SQL and large data sets, understanding of analytic methodologies for data evaluation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present analysis and conclusions.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of statistical concepts and hypothesis testing.
  • Knowledge of the ad-tech industry is a plus.
