Smadex is a cutting-edge ad-tech company: we process more than 4,5 million ad requests per second, replying under 100ms. Every day we generate several TBs of data that need to be processed, analyzed and aggregated, so our real-time components get smarter every day. This is a 3 month full-time internship (40hs a week) in Barcelona.

Skill & Requirements

  •  Engineering student or Master’s degree student.
  •  Available to start immediately to do a full-time internship for 3 months during summer.
  •  Self-motivated and eager to learn tons of new knowledge every day.
  •  With excellent communication skills in English (in both written and spoken).

Bonus points:

  • Basic Linux skills. Be comfortable working with a terminal. You will learn everything else!

What will you do

  • Gain hands-on experience with various tools and programming languages in the field of software development.
  • Help building a cloud-based platform using modern technologies, collaborating and learning from other highly-skilled peers.
  • Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical and architectural decisions, collaborate in a fast-paced environment where every opinion counts.
