Your mission:

As an Intern in our Client Growth Team, you'll be an integral part of our team, supporting the growth of our client relationships. You'll learn the fundamentals of user acquisition campaigns and analyze performance data to achieve client goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your analytical skills, learn from experienced professionals, and gain valuable insights into the AdTech industry. After the 6-month internship, there's the possibility of being offered a full-time, entry-level position.

This is a full time position based in Barcelona

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Client Partnerships: Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships by providing support in daily communication and reporting materials and learn to communicate effectively with clients.
Campaign Performance Analysis: Learn to monitor and analyze user acquisition campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Data-Driven Insights: Develop your skills in translating data into clear and actionable insights, contributing to campaign optimization.
Product Knowledge: Gain an understanding of our advertising solution and its features.
Business Development Support: Assist in identifying growth opportunities within client accounts.

Skills and requirements:

A strong interest in digital marketing and the AdTech industry.
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn about data analysis and performance metrics (ROAS, CPM, IPM, CPI, CPA).
Proactive and organized.
A passion for learning, and a problem-solving approach.
Currently studying or recently graduated in a relevant field (Advertising, Business, Communications, etc.)
