This is a 6 month full-time internship (40hs/week) based in Barcelona.

We are looking for a motivated and curious IT Intern to support our internal infrastructure. Reporting directly to the IT Manager, you will be a key player in keeping our team's tech running smoothly. This is a hands-on role where you will learn to manage hardware, software, and networks, provide essential technical support to your colleagues, and get real-world experience in a fast-paced ad-tech company.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day technical support to our employees via our ticketing system and in person.
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of laptops for new joiners and the resetting of equipment for leavers.
  • Help manage and troubleshoot our diverse environment of Windows, Mac, and Linux systems.
  • Support the administration of Google Workspace (G Suite), helping colleagues with email, Drive, and other collaboration tools.
  • Keep track of our IT assets, assisting with inventory management and documentation.
  • Assist with monitoring our security systems, including antivirus solutions and system updates, learning to apply IT policies and procedures.
  • Help maintain our IT support documentation, including backup and disaster recovery plans.
  • Assist the IT Manager with day-to-day IT operations and infrastructure maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English is a MUST.
  • Availability to start immediatly is highly preferred.
  • A true passion for technology and a strong desire to learn about network and system administration, cybersecurity, and cloud services.
  • Foundational knowledge of computer systems (Windows, Mac, or Linux).
  • A curious and analytical mindset for troubleshooting problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive attitude and a drive to find solutions and help your colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and align with team goals.
  • Hands-on: You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves, grab a screwdriver, and get hardware working again.
