Smadex is a leading advertising technology company founded in Barcelona in 2011 and sold to American-based and stock-listed Entravision in 2018 (NYSE::EVC). We are currently considered one of the top mobile ad-tech companies in the world, competing with American-based Liftoff and Korean-based Moloco, both in the pre-IPO stage and averaging about $500M in yearly revenues.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Growth Manager for our SMADEX Demand-Side Platform (DSP). 

The Client Growth Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving growth, and ensuring the success of our clients' advertising campaigns. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, client relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of digital advertising strategies. We are looking for someone with experience in managing significant clients to ensure their continued success and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, serving as their main point of contact.
  • Develop and execute long-term strategic plans for clients, ensuring their advertising goals align with overall business objectives.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and present insights and recommendations to management and to clients.
  •  Understand Smadex DSP features and Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and features to drive client growth and expand their use of the DSP platform.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including supply, marketing, product and technical teams to meet client needs and improve service delivery.
  •  Stay current with trends and developments in programmatic advertising and DSP technology, and share this knowledge with clients.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and collaborate with technical teams to resolve them efficiently.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional service and implementing client feedback.
  • Event and conferences attendance.
  • Interactions with clients: Hold regular calls to discuss performance and address client needs effectively. Conduct face-to-face presentations with clients. 

Qualifications

Mandatory:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Client Growth Management and or Business development
  • Experience in Programmatic Advertising.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Based in Barcelona, Spain.

Experiences considered a plus:

  • Experience with Branding, Direct Response (M-Commerce) and VAS Campaigns.
  • Experience using Salesforce (or other CRMs).
  • Fluent in Spanish, German, French or Arabic, etc.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive mindset.
