Role overview

You will be a Senior Machine Learning Engineer dedicated to the hands-on development and optimization of our creative selection recommendation engine. This is a critical role that operates within our high-frequency, complex auction ecosystem and requires a strong blend of engineering, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills

Responsibilities

• Development, maintenance, and optimization of the core creative selection recommendation engine
• Coordination with creative team to define their needs and translate them into robust technical solutions

What you need to have:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Data science / Machine Learning positions
• Background in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or Data Science.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Statistics
• Hands-on experience developing solutions in related fields such as Adtech, Recommender Systems, or Marketplaces
• Knowledge of recent advances in recommendation systems
• Possesses excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Fluency in English
