Role overview
You will be an embedded scientist within our Machine Learning team, dedicated to ensuring the peak performance and stability of our core models (Gradient Boosting, DNN) within a high-frequency, complex auction ecosystem. This role is for a deeply analytical individual who seeks to understand systems at a fundamental level and drive measurable improvements in production performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of model behavior in the live auctioned environment
• Identify and propose architectural and feature enhancements to resolve non-optimal performance at the system level
• Collaborate on the development and automation of model performance monitoring and interpretability tooling

What you need to have:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Data science / Machine Learning positions
• Background in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or Data Science.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Statistics
• Possesses excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Fluency in English
